• General modifications of existing air conditioning system including, supply air, fixed ductwork, pipework, return air paths, fresh air requirements, etc
• Thermostat positioning, in conjunction with the interior designer
• Supplementary air conditioning and exhaust systems
• Commissioning and air balance
• Computer room monitoring and specialist air conditioning

• Fire sprinkler modifications coordinated with other service
• Smoke detection for mechanical services and EWIS alterations
• VESDA, pre action systems & gas suppression – not included in Scope of Works

• Tea preparation / breakout areas including, hot, boiling and chilled water systems, sinks, filters and associated pipework
• Medium sized re-heat kitchen facility design

• General office lighting alterations and specialised feature lighting in various areas to enhance design
• General RCD protected power throughout to suit layout requirements
• Specialist power distribution and review of building provisions
• Emergency lighting and exit signage requirements

• Integrated telephone and data communications system
• PABX, active equipment implementation and backbone cabling
• Audio visual systems including conferencing, projections and integration of other systems
• PABX and active equipment specification – not included in Scope of Works

General office access control, duress alarms and CCTV to suit tenant requirements; this will be interfaced with base building systems or stand alone.
